Chef Daniel Boulud

Daniel Boulud is a noted French chef from Lyon.  Just in time for the Winter Olympics, Daniel will be opening a new restaurant in Vancouver, BC, Canada.  A James Beard Restaurateur, Boulud has seven restaurants from New York City to Vancouver, Canada.
