Did Seattle ever great a great new bakery when Chef William Leaman opened "Bakery Nouveau".&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Formerly the home of Blake's Bakery in West Seattle, a bakery with the best baguettes I have ever had.&amp;nbsp; The crust is wonderful and fresh out of the oven you don't even need any butter.&amp;nbsp; There are a variety of delightful treats.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Chef Leaman and fellow team members Jory Downer and Jeffery Yankellow beat the French at an international baguette competition.&amp;nbsp;
